Jack Shay

Jack Shay is the Executive Vice President of Design and Construction for Clearview Hotel Capital. In this role Mr. Shay is responsible for the capital expenditure and improvement programs throughout the portfolio. Prior to joining Clearview, Mr. Shay was a Vice President within JLL’s Project & Development Services (“PDS”) business and lead the hospitality sector for the West Region of the US.

Prior to joining JLL, Jack was a project manager with Olympic and Georgia Partners, a division of AEG. He served as a member of the owner’s rep project management team for the 2M sf, $1B downtown Los Angeles development encompassing The Ritz-Carlton Residences and The Ritz-Carlton & J.W. Marriott Hotels and Conference Center at LA Live.

Jack earned a B.L.A at Michigan State University and is a LEED Green Associate.
