Scott Sinks

Scott Sinks joined Clearview in 2024 and serves as the Multifamily Acquisitions Director. He is responsible for sourcing, structuring, underwriting, and closing multifamily investment transactions. Prior to joining Clearview, Scott served as an Acquisitions Associate at Tower 16 Capital Partners, a private real estate firm focused on value-add and core-plus multifamily investment opportunities. At Tower 16, Scott closed transactions on over 5,000 units totaling over $1 billion. Scott is an active member of the ULI Young Leaders Program. Scott received a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Marketing from Boston College where he was a member of the Varsity Sailing Team.
